Rye Crossing Community Development District
The Rye Crossing Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on May 9, 2022 by the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida Ordinance No. 22-38 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Rye Crossing CDD is located entirely within Manatee County, Florida and consists of approximately 39.651 acres of land. The site is located east of North Rye Road and southwest of Rutland Road.

The Rye Crossing Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on December 16, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida Ordinance No. 21-48. The Boundaries of the District were amended via Ordinance No 23-32 effective February 23, 2023.
